Pork, garlic and parsley are ingredients to this simple and delicious meal. They can be served on their own with bread being dipped in the gravy 🙂 or next to roast potatoes. Pork chops can also be slightly fried in a pan and then continued to be baked in the oven with potatoes. All together is poured over with garlic gravy, and abundantly sprinkled with parsley before serving.
Ingredients
6 pork chops
(about 800 g/28 oz)
salt
pepper
80 g (2.8 oz) rough flour
50 ml (1.7 fl oz) oil
4 cloves garlic
half a sprig parsley
50 ml (1.7 fl oz) water
Preparation
Beat the chops with a wooden meat tenderizer, especially the edges. Add salt and pepper on both sides. Roll one side in flour and on that side put them in hot oil in a baking pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
When the pork chops are ready, remove them from the pan and put them on a warm plate. Add water to the gravy and then chopped garlic and parsley. Simmer briefly and pour over the roasted pork chops.
